Clocking in without catching up later

An NFC terminal at the door, an app on the phone, reporting in the browser. Shifts, requests and projects all hang off the same hours.

What it does.

A device that hangs by the door

Tap the card, done. The terminal is our own hardware, not a tablet with an app on it: it has no operating system anyone could operate, and it keeps running when the network drops.

The shift plan lives in the same system

Who works when is planned rather than reconstructed afterwards. Differences between plan and clock sit side by side, not in two programs.

Projects carry their own hours

Hours can be assigned to a project. At month end you can see what a job cost, without anyone gathering slips of paper.

Projects with assigned staff and booked hours.

The same picture on a phone

Anyone out on the road clocks in and files requests on the phone. It is the same interface, not a reduced second one.

Four screens of the app: clocking in, live monitor, shift planner, statistics.

A separate schema per company

Every tenant gets its own database schema, not a shared table with a tenant column. Seeing one company’s data means getting into its schema, not just past a filter.
